These terms apply to every booking made on site-jan-tours-poland.vercel.app, operated by Jan Tours Poland, registered at Leszczyńska 6, Warszawa 00-339, Poland. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to them.
Bookings & payment
Prices shown at checkout are final and include any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, acting as Merchant of Record for your purchase — we never see or store your full card details. You'll receive an email confirmation with your booking reference once payment is complete.
Cancellations
You can cancel most bookings free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour or experience starts, for a full refund. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Your account
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to describe every tour and experience accurately. If we ever need to cancel or materially change a booking, we'll offer a full refund or a suitable alternative. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
